For tax year 1999, FLIGHTAX served over 3,400 clients. Unfortunately, we've only met five of those clients in person. Our client base covers all 50 states, St. Croix, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Canada, England, Germany, France, Chile, Hong Kong and Japan.


Each client completes the FLIGHTAX Client Organizer, providing required information for the completion of their Federal and State returns. This Organizer can be mailed to you, faxed to you, or you can download the Organizer from this web site. If a client has any questions concerning the Organizer or their tax situation, we are only a phone call away. It is very rare that a client will not call our office with questions or a final review of the Organizer. For that extra piece of mind - give us a phone call and we will review everything with you to make sure the Organizer is complete. Once you have all of the requested information and your W-2's from your employers, forward this information to us. You have several options. As you may know, you get a discount on all Federal Express shipments with your airline ID. It will cost you only $6.00 to overnight your tax information to us. And yes, this $6.00 is deductible on your next year's tax return.

Once we have received all of your information, we will contact you if we have any questions or any additional information is needed. You have a couple of options in processing of your return. Your major concern is probably "how fast can I get my money". Actually, pretty fast. It is possible for you to have your refund in your bank account within 10 days of us completing your return.

Direct deposit of your refund, whether you file your return electronically or a paper return, will dramatically expedite the time it takes to receive your refund. The main reason for this is that you are not relying on the US Postal Service. In order for us to have your refund directly deposited into your account, we must have a voided check. Simply take a blank check out of your checkbook and write V O I D across it and send it to us with your information. We use the bank and account information from this check to complete the required information for the IRS.
