If it has been at least 2 weeks since we called to give you your numbers and you faxed Flightax your signed electronic filing form, here is how you can check on your refunds and tax returns. Once we electronically file the return, it is in the hands of the IRS or the state but this can tell you where your return is in their system. States often take longer so give them another week and try again.
You will need the copy of your tax returns that Flightax sent you in your packet. From these forms you will need the social security number that was first on the return, the amount of the refund and usually the filing status (single, married filing jointly, etc).
If you have tried the following web site links or phone numbers and they show no record of receiving your return and it has been at least 3 weeks, feel free to give us a call and we'll verify that it has been e-filed and accepted.
